Would you believe that we have been “too busy to Blog”? You must be perched on the edge of your seat, just waiting to see what trouble we are getting into down here in Florida! We visited the “Kumquat Festival in Dade City on a warm, sunny day. You have no idea just how “big” of a deal this thing is!!!! There were at least two hundred-fifty vendors set up all over the downtown area. They were selling everything from jewelry to Kumquat products for many purposes. It was a “happening” to be sure. There was even a “classic” car show that was really neat! The only drawback was the tremendous crowd. I thought I was at the Inauguration! We finished the day off with a Pressed Cuban sandwich from a Deli in San Antionio (Florida, not Texas). It was a really fun day, and we can’t wait to prepare some Kumquat “delicacies” for our friends when we return m home1Love From Your “Trailer Trash Friends”
